What are some of the on-page things that we look for?
There are several on-page things that we look for when we audit a website. We go page by page and look at the title tags, the meta descriptions, the H1 tags, and the alt text. We also check to see if the website is using the correct keyword density and if the keywords are being used in the right places.
In addition, we also check to see if there are internal linking opportunities that you’re missing out on. Finally, we also check to see if your website is being penalized by Google and if so, we’ll let you know what you can do to fix the problem.
What are some of the off-page things that we look for?
In addition to on-page things, we also look at off-page factors when we audit a website. The sad truth is, if you’ve had back linking or other SEO services performed by other companies in the past, there’s a good chance that you have some bad links pointing to your website. These bad links can hurt your website’s ranking on Google and even penalize your website.
We will also check to see if spammy websites are linking to your website. If so, we’ll let you know so that you can take action to remove those links.
